Recommend it for families with kids

The room was huge enough for all four of us and the staff were incredibly understanding when I asked about keeping the kids entertained. We spent a lot of time at the bar area and the bartender Ismail was just fantastic he made these amazing cocktails while joking around with us that made us feel totally at home.

It was a bit pricey but the experience kind of leveled out the cost.

easy access to parks and convention center made this stay great

I really enjoyed my time here, especially with the spacious room and the delicious breakfast. plus, being just a few steps from Parque Juan Carlos I and a short walk to the IFEMA Convention Center made my weekend city strolls so effortless.

Convenient but Needs Improvements

Staying here made catching my early flight easy. The staff were friendly, but I wish the restaurant had better food options. If you need a quick spot near the airport, it's adequate, but don’t expect it to wow you. A taxi is more reliable than the shuttle service starting late.

The room was spacious, well-maintained, and had a comfortable sofa bed, which provided a restful experience during my stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh pastries and organic juices, which fueled my busy workdays effectively.

No significant issues were experienced, but some wear and tear was noted.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, thanks to the excellent amenities for families. The room was spacious enough for two adults and two kids, complete with air conditioning and cable TV. The breakfast spread was delightful, giving us plenty of options to start our day right.

My kids wished there was a bigger play area for them. it's a bit small for families with children.

I booked a Superior Queen Room with Sofa for my family. The room was spacious and clean, which made traveling with kids much easier. The location was great for us, just a short distance to the airport and away from the city noise. I really enjoyed the breakfast. it had a good variety and was prepared well. The staff was friendly and ready to assist with anything we needed. However, the kids area was a bit small, just a corner near the reception. The dinner options were lacking. we decided to dine out after the first night because the buffet didn’t have enough variety. Some areas of the hotel weren't as clean. the floor in our room felt dusty when walking barefoot. We also encountered some trouble with the lifts being too busy, making us take the stairs a few times. Despite these hiccups, our overall experience was good. The hotel had a nice vibe, and we felt safe during our stay.

Proximity to IFEMA, Mobile bar service, Access to public transportation

The air-conditioning needs serious upgrades, it’s either blasting or nothing!!! Poorly-maintained pool should be cleaner and open later!!! Clear signs for check-in procedures would prevent confusion!!! Restaurant food quality lagging behind nearby alternatives!!!

The room was super spacious and clean. Pool was enjoyable despite the cold water. The gym amenities were excellent. Really appreciated the comfortable sofa bed!

staying at novotel was a great experience. the hotel is just a short walk from a metro station, making it super easy to get around. our executive double room was clean and modern, with daily fresh towels, and we loved the coffee machine. the breakfast was delicious, just like the pictures. we also enjoyed relaxing on the sun loungers by the outdoor pool.

Just a balanced option for spending a night in Madrid with good price value. The recent room refresh was noticeable and comfortable. Make sure to ask about breakfast hours upon checking in.
